Kids Artwork Display Idea
My daughter got a new loft bed in her room and we had to rearrange her furniture. That also meant that I had to move her fabric Duck Brand tape shelves. The wall was blank and empty so my best friend from Simply Creative Ways gave me a Kids Artwork Display Idea. The two of us both have these frames left over from parties we have done; mine from my Tea Party by the Sea baby shower and hers from her Alice in Wonderland Birthday Party.
There are so many great wood cut outs available in craft stores, and that just makes my life so easy! Here are the frames before.
With a little craft paint, I painted them some vibrant colors that matched her room.
I found these rustic metal clips at Michael’s for about $3.00 for four. I simply hot glued them on. Hot glue works really well and is sturdy. I tested it out, and was able to change the artwork in the frame very easily.
Here is the wall BEFORE. It’s blah!
Here is the wall AFTER! Much better!
Mia and I chose some of her favorite pieces of art that she has done in preschool and we hung them in her room.
She told me she titled the dinosaur one, “Dinosaur with Ear Pickers”. They are supposed to be bones, by the way! She cracks me up!
Here are a couple AFTER Photos. Now we can display her artwork over the years instead of piling up in my closet!
