My brother is moving away… booooooo. I’m so sad about it. I went to his house the other day because he had some extra craft supplies to give me that he didn’t want to pack. One of them was a bag of these plastic photo key chains. They reminded me of Modpodgeables! So I decided to try and make Modpodgeable Photo Key Chains for my friends and family and it worked beautifully!

Materials:

First picked out photos and edited and cropped them accordingly on my computer. I measured and cut out scrapbook paper and the desired photos that I found. I also cut out some letters. I wanted to make three key chains for two of my best friends and myself.  The three of our daughters are thirty days apart and are best friends. I cut out BFF (best friends forever) to put on the other side of the key chain.

I placed the photos and scrap book paper inside.

Using a little bit of glue stick glue, I adhered the BFF and rhinestone on top of the plastic. Then, I used the Mod Podge Dimensional Magic Glue on top. Be careful not to shake the bottle to avoid bubbles.  Also, I used my finger instead of a brush to smooth out any bubbles and to help cover the entire surface. It helps to keep a wet paper towel nearby. As you can see in this photo the Mod Podge Dimensional Magic Glue goes on cloudy.

Allow it to set for three hours.  It will look like this when you are done! Here’s the front and back!
