Long Beach Antique Market

One of my favorite places to treasure hunt is the Long Beach Antique Market at the Veterans Stadium.  It’s held on the third Sunday of every month. When I’m lucky enough to convince my family to go, we are ALWAYS glad we did.

You can find the coolest things there, both vintage and antique.  There is everything from clothes to toys and jewelry to furniture. This most recent time, I thought I’d take some video. I edited it together so you can see a quick glimpse of what we saw!

Enjoy!

This trip I found a really cool pin from the 1930’s with my name on it. I NEVER see my name!! I snatched it up without a thought. Isn’t it pretty? The gentleman I bought it from said it was gold filled.

We also bought a cool green trunk to use in our living room as a TV stand. Here are a couple more pictures I took as well.

We can’t wait to go back.

About the Long Beach Antique Market

It costs $6 to enter for general admission and kids under 12 are free.  I believe there is an early bird discount as well if you go between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM. If you go to the website you can download a discount coupon. The box office closes at 2:00 PM and the swap meet ends at 3:00 PM. Parking is plentiful and free. It’s open rain or shine and please leave your pets at home!

If you go, don’t forget to send me pictures of your treasures!!
