Apothecary Jar Collection Centerpiece

Apothecary Jar Collection Centerpiece

I have a massive dining room table. It’s eight feet long and cannot be folded down because it’s glass. We actually found the base, an old metal work bench with wheels, at an architectural salvage place in Los Angeles. You can see more pictures of it on my dining room makeover reveal. That being said, when I have a centerpiece on the table, it too has to be kind of massive! So, today, I wanted to share one that I whipped up, my Apothecary Jar Collection Centerpiece.

You can kind of see how massive my dining room table is in this photo, but I swear this photo doesn’t do it justice.

I found the most AMAZING deal at Michael’s for this wall mirror. It was discounted 60% off and then I had an additional 10% off coupon on sale items as well! Woo hoo!!!!! I used it as a tray for this table. I also have a collection of vintage books, so I used them as levels for my apothecary jars.

I filled each jar with some vase fillers, and some collections, and added it little chalkboard tag on them so that I can easily change the contents inside.

I thought this was perfect for any holiday because I can simply change the contents with colorful things like Easter eggs or Christmas ornaments for each holiday. Nice and simple!

On a side note, this winter forest may be one of my most favorite apothecary jar displays that I have done!
