DIY Personalized Playing Cards

DIY Personalized Playing Cards with Photos

I have played cards as long as I can remember:  I played cards with my family when I was a kid, I played cards with my friends in collage, and now I play cards with my own family and kids.  This is why I love this quick DIY Personalized Playing Cards idea. This is fun to make for yourself, or to give as a gift.  Since Father’s Day is right around the corner, I thought I’d include this printable gift tag to do along with these personalized photo playing cards made with the Sprocket.

DIY Photo Playing Cards

Instructions:

This craft is self-explanatory. Simply put, you need 52 Sprocket photos to stick onto your deck of playing cards.  You can pick one photo or more.  I wouldn’t pick more than four different photos because you will need to randomly place them on the cards and mix up the suits. Print your photos, peel off the back, and stick them to your cards.

Another fun alternative is to place a photo on the face of the card versus the back.  For example, a picture of dad can go on the king, a picture of mom on the queen, and so on.  If you’d like, you can place any photo on the face of the card as long as the back stays the same so that you don’t “give away” the card.  Sprocket photos are the perfect fit, however you decide to use them!

These make a perfect gift for dad too. Print out the free Father’s Day gift tag, cut it out, punch a hole, and tie it to the deck of cards with ribbon!
